Wild Parent & Me Workout
This class is a combination of Parent fitness and child fun, all in the great outdoors. Wild Parent & Me Workout is a fun program that teaches the parent and child how to enjoy exercise together while improving their health and fitness. Classes will begin with a warm-up, then have a focused workout where the child will be participating in exercises or used as a WILD weight, and finished with a cool down. The goal is for the parent to feel positive about her/his health and help the child develop a love for fitness! Each class is sure to be a WILDly adorable adventure!
Wild Kids Workout
This class combines what kids love most: moving and the great outdoors. Wild Kids Workout is a fun program that teaches them how to enjoy exercise while improving their health and fitness. Classes will begin with a warm-up, then have a focused workout and finish with a cool down. Throughout the course they will learn and practice basic fitness fundamentals including balance, agility, coordination and strength. The goal is to see motor skills enhanced and a love for fitness grow! Each class will be a WILD adventure!
Wild Homeschool Outdoor P.E.

Wild Homeschool Outdoor P.E. is a fun program that teaches students how to enjoy exercise while improving their overall health and fitness. Classes will begin with a warm-up, then have a focused workout and finish with some P.E. style games. Throughout the course they will learn and practice basic fitness fundamentals including balance, agility, coordination and strength. The goal is to see motor skills enhanced and a love for fitness grow! Each class is sure to be a WILD adventure!
Wild Kids FitCamp
A week long camp for your WILD kids! Wild Kids FitCamp is an enjoyable program that includes stretching, workouts, nutrition education, hiking, games and MORE! Throughout the camp they will learn and practice basic fitness fundamentals including flexibility, coordination, strength & endurance. The goal is to have a week focused on a healthy lifestyle in the great outdoors! This camp will truly be WILD!
Wild Kids Winter Hiking Club
This series was developed to combat the wild kids WINTER WIGGLES. Wild Kids Winter Hiking Club is a fun hiking program that get kids in the great outdoors with a hiking focus. Each hike will last approximately 45 minutes-1 hour (1.5-2 miles). Throughout the hike they will learn about health and fitness, play games, learn hiking chants and even work up to a backpacking hike! The goal is to get them outside and moving in a time we typically want to curl up inside! Each hike is sure to be a WILD adventure!
